智通财经APP讯，力鸿检验(01586)发布公告，公司于2016年7月在香港联合交易所有限公司上市时，公司一致行动的控股股东合计持有公司股份权益约52.73%，上市至今公司一致行动的控股股东数次增持其于公司的股份，未有任何减持。现时公司一致行动的控股股东合计持有公司股份权益约61.04%。
基于对公司未来发展前景的坚定信心及中长期价值的认可，一致行动的控股股东表示在遵守适用法律及监管规定的情况下，计划在适当的时间进一步增持其于公司的股份。
