新地(00016.HK) 与港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展的轻铁天荣站住宅项目第2期YOHO WEST PARKSIDE今天公布首张价单105伙，折实平均实用呎价10,868元。中原地产新界西高级资深营业董事陈忠浩表示，首批的折实均呎较一年多前同系列第一期首张价单均价10,888元更便宜，属买家喜讯，加上今期位置及景观比一期更优越，上一期已沽出近1300伙，今期伙数不多，相信会吸引用家及投资者抢购。
近期市况转旺，投资气氛升温，元朗区一个新盘最近销情炽热，中原买家当中约有3、4成属投资者，今次YOHO WEST PARKSIDE有第一期的租务成交铁证，一房呎租高见41元，预计YOHO WEST PARKSIDE 租金回报可达4.6厘至5厘，发展商今次亦提供提早成交付款优惠，对用家及投资者而言，绝对具吸引力。
