消息面上，周大福创建发布截至2024年12月31日止六个月中期业绩，收入101.21亿港元；整体应占经营溢利同比上升4%至22.253亿港元；股东应占溢利强劲增长15%至11.576亿港元；每股基本盈利0.29港元，拟派发中期普通股息每股0.3港元及特别股息每股0.3港元。
集团整体应占经营溢利增长主要得益于保险业务持续强劲的盈利增长；港怡医院应占经营亏损大幅减少；物流业务中的亚洲货柜物流中心香港有限公司，以及中铁联合国际集装箱有限公司的应占经营溢利贡献增加。
