智通财经APP讯，时代电气(03898)发布公告，自2024年12月12日至2025年2月20日，公司于联交所就其H股进行了一系列回购。截至2025年2月20日，公司共回购总计4220.04万股H股，约占公司于H股购回授权获公司股东大会及类别股东大会批准之日的已发行总股本的约2.9897%及已发行H股总股数的约7.7770%。已使用资金总额为港币12.86亿元(不含交易费用)。
公司自2024年12月12日至2024年12月16日回购的488.73万股H股已于2024年12月19日注销，而公司自2024年12月17日至2025年2月20日回购的3731.31万股H股已于2025年2月26日注销。据此，公司的已发行股份数目将进一步减少3731.31万股至为13.69亿股(其中包括5亿股H股和8.69亿股A股)。
