消息面上，上海复旦此前发布业绩，全年营业总收入约为人民币35.90亿元，同比增长约1.51%；期内纯利约为人民币5.73亿元，同比下降约20.43%；期内，各产品线所面对的市场竞争激烈，受产品销售价格下降和产品结构调整影响，综合毛利率下降5.26个百分点。
华西证券指出，公司业绩短期承压，FPGA条线持续迭代升级。该行指出，公司目前拥有千万门级FPGA/亿门级FPGA/十亿门级及PSoC共四大系列数十款产品，是国内领先可编程器件芯片供应商。根据2月20日公司投资者关系记录表内容，正在推进基于1xnm FinFET先进制程的新一代FPGA和PSoC产品，已针对部分导入客户小批量销售。
