　　消息面上，2月28日晚间，港交所披露睿远基金在2月26日增持固生堂41万股，每股作价38.6889港元/股，总金额约为1586.24万港元。增持后最新持股数目为1471.83万股，最新持股比例为6.04%。此前，港交所于2月25日披露的信息显示，睿远基金对固生堂持仓比例由4.7%升至5.01%。
