智通财经APP讯，泛远国际(02516)发布公告，王泉已辞任公司行政总裁，以投放更多时间于董事会主席及执行董事职务上，并根据香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)证券上市规则附录C1所载企业管治守则守则条文第C.2.1 条所规定明确划分主席及行政总裁的责任，自2025年3月1日起生效。王泉将留任为执行董事、董事会主席、公司薪酬委员会成员、公司提名委员会主席及公司投资委员会主席。
王添天已获委任为行政总裁，自2025年3月1 日起生效。
