智通财经APP获悉，联合能源集团(00467)早盘跌超10%，截至发稿，跌7.04%，报0.33港元，成交额3078.25万港元。
消息面上，根据中国证监会发布的阶段性调查进展情况，现已初步查明，东方集团披露的2020年至2023年财务信息严重不实，涉嫌重大财务造假，可能触及重大违法强制退市情形。此外，联合能源集团发布公告，全资附属公司SSIHL拟收购东方集团北京投资控股股权。
据悉，东方集团实际控制人张宏伟曾以联合能源股份为东方集团23.5亿元贷款提供担保，若东方财务公司的流动性问题影响了东方集团偿还贷款，张宏伟将以上述股份的质押处置款代为偿债。2024年6月19日，张宏伟紧急表态称，将通过处置旗下联合能源、UEP风能股权等资产回笼资金，帮助解决东方财务公司流动性问题，保障东方集团资金安全。不过截至2024年12月19日晚，承诺“救火”的东方集团控股股东东方有限及实控人张宏伟未履行相关承诺。
