消息面上，和铂医药近期发盈喜，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度的溢利将介于人民币730万元至2200万元。期内，公司的现金溢利达到人民币2.20亿元的历史新高。此外，公司表示，25年已于公开市场合共购回814.6万股股份，总值近3000万港元。此进展反映了公司对其业务前景及展望的信心，同时表明公司管理层认为当前估值与公司的内在价值脱节。
和铂医药近期公布，公司孵化的创新型生物技术公司HBMAT宣布与一家业务合作伙伴达成战略合作与许可协议，共同推进针对多种疾病的新型促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素（CRH）靶向疗法。天风证券指出，和铂医药是一家处于临床开发阶段的全球创新药公司，对标Teneobio等抗体开发平台，和铂的全人源仅重链平台价值稀缺。该行指出，和铂医药依托独有的Harbour Mice平台，持续产出高潜力分子，与全球主要制药企业和创新型药物公司建立了广泛且频繁的合作关系，BD数量及金额均处在行业前列。
