智通财经APP讯，力天影业(09958)发布公告，于2025年3月11日(交易时段后)，配售代理与公司订立配售协议，据此，配售代理有条件同意担任公司的配售代理，按尽力基准促使公司按配售价每股配售股份0.10港元配售最多6000万股配售股份予不少于6名承配人(彼等及其最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方)的配售事项。配售价较于配售协议日期(即最后交易日)在联交所所报的收市价每股股份0.105港元折让约4.8%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项的所得款项净额估计约为578万港元，即每股配售股份的净配售价约为0.096港元。
