智通财经APP获悉，五谷磨房(01837)盈喜后涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.36%，报0.59港元，成交额140.09万港元。
消息面上，3月11日，五谷磨房发布公告，由于该集团其中一个重要零售渠道的经营策略调整，并基于公司的初步估计，该集团于该渠道旗下合共210个线下专柜可能分别于2025年关闭，及预计集团于2025财政年度的总收入将相应减少约人民币5000万元至人民币8000万元。
公告称，该集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度取得纯利将在约人民币1.8亿元至1.94亿元之间，与2023年同期纯利约人民币1.52亿元相比，增幅约在18%至28%之间。纯利增加主要得益于：有效实施业务发展战略，整体收入稳步上升，尤其是，线下渠道中的销售较 2023年大幅增长；及有效实施各项预算及成本控制政策，合理有效地控制了销售成本的增幅。
