　　喜相逢集团（02473）午前上涨4.91%，现报6.62港元，成交额998.85万港元。

　　喜相逢集团宣布，董事会会议将订于3月20日考虑及批准2024年12月31日止年度业绩等。此前，喜相逢集团发布盈喜公告，该集团预期2024年实现收入不少于人民币14.7亿元，而2023年收入为13.043亿元，收入增长主要是由于集团于2024年内开展汽车销售新业务，包括国内汽车零售业务及汽车出口业务，增加了集团收益；及进一步扩充自营销售网络开设、加强销售能力建设致销售业绩增加。

　　此外，预期2024年公司拥有人应占利润不少于人民币3500万元，而2023年公司拥有人应占利润人民币约1.1亿元。
