4DMedical (ASX:4DX) secured a three-year contract extension with the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio for its functional lung imaging software, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The renewed agreement has a minimum contract value of AU$227,000 and builds on an existing multi-year agreement for the company's pulmonary structure products, the filing said.
Shares fell nearly 3% in afternoon trade Tuesday.
