智通财经APP讯，华联国际(00969)发布公告，卖方(本公司拥有70%权益的间接附属公司)与买方订立日期为2025年3月10日(牙买加时间)的买卖协议，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买该物业，代价为255万美元(相当于约1989万港元)。
据悉，该物业位于牙买加圣凯瑟琳区西班牙镇BernardLodge的Bernard Lodge糖厂，由三幅总面积为18.079公顷的地块组成，拥有卖方的无条件全权所有权，作为单一持有地，面积分别为1.8769公顷、14.2695公顷及1.9326 公顷，其载于牙买加产权登记册第1451卷第928及929页的产权证书中。
本次出售机会乃受政府发展该物业所在的Bernard Lodge地区的计划所推动而产生，董事认为，出售事项为本公司提供宝贵机会，以有利价格变现该物业的价值，而出售事项所得款项可改善本集团的财务状况，并为本集团提供额外一般营运资金。
