根据黑猫投诉【投诉入口】平台显示，今年来有超两百名消费者投诉音频分享平台“喜马拉雅”擅自扣费问题，消费者反映在不知情情况下喜马拉雅恶意续费和其他乱扣费现象。
在黑猫投诉搜索“喜马拉雅”显示，共有7800条消费者投诉，投诉问题集中在自动扣费未告知、培训网课涉嫌虚假宣传、退款无人回应等。
公开资料显示，喜马拉雅是上海喜马拉雅科技有限公司旗下的音频分享平台，主要功能包括直播、教育和有声内容。
