* 中国股市乳业股周五飙升、掀起涨停潮，西部牧业300106.SZ、维维股份600300.SS、阳光乳业001318.SZ、庄园牧场002910.SZ、贝因美002570.SZ、麦趣儿002719.SZ等10余股涨停，行业龙头--伊利股份600887.SS一度涨6.6%。
* 港股方面，中国飞鹤6186.HK周五一度飙涨13.7%，优然牧业9858.HK和蒙牛乳业2319.HK分别一度劲升8.1%和9.5%。
* 继中国政府工作报告提及发放育儿补贴后，内蒙古呼和浩特周四发布意见提出具体补贴措施，3月1日及之后合法生育的家庭，生育三孩及以上能得到育儿补贴10万元人民币。相比此前多地试点主要针对二三孩家庭，呼和浩特对一孩家庭亦有一次性的生育补贴。
* 中信里昂证券称，呼和浩特政策在补贴金额和覆盖期限方面均超出了市场预期。尽管预计这一补贴金额和覆盖期限不会成为普遍标准，但中信里昂认为，呼和浩特的生育补贴应当会提升市场预期，短期内提振市场对母婴相关概念股的情绪。
他们并预计飞鹤将受益最大，因为其大部分销售额来自1至3段婴儿配方奶粉产品。（完）
