金吾财讯 | 港华智慧能源(01083)公告，2024年全年股东应占溢利16.06亿元（港元，下同），同比增长1.97%，每股基本盈利47.1仙。董事会建议派发末期股息每股16仙及一次性特别股息每股3仙，合共每股19仙。期内，总营业额213.14亿元，同比增长7.42%。受惠于可再生能源业务表现强劲和燃气业务利润维持穏健及顺价理想下，加上精准管控资本支出和成功降低融资成本，集团年内业务核心利润大幅上升34.5%至16.01亿元（以人民币计算，上升37.2%）。期内，公司可再生能源业务的规模效应年内全面体现，净利润大幅跃升五倍至4.79亿元。截至2024年12月31日，集团累计光伏并网2.3吉瓦，年发电量同比翻倍至18.3亿度。碳资产管理与电力交易协同效应显着，年度电力交易规模突破84亿度。业务现已全面覆盖储能、电力交易、碳资产管理等综合能碳服务领域，透过轻资产模式的发展，将带来另一个利润增长动力。城市燃气业务方面，整体售气量年内录得可观增幅，上升5%至172.01亿立方米。通过顺价工作及精细化管理，城市燃气综合价差提升到每立方米0.56元人民币，较2023年同期增加0.02元人民币，整体燃气业务利润保持穏健增长。
