智通财经APP讯，新迅达(300518.SZ)发布公告，为了优化公司资产结构，提高资产运营效率，提升公司的竞争力和可持续发展能力，公司拟出售全资子公司利丰创达股权用以补充公司流动资金、支持公司主营业务发展。2025年3月12日，公司与烁丰智惠签订《股权转让协议书》，公司拟以现金出售方式出售持有的利丰创达100%股权，股权转让价款为人民币1.9亿元。
