周大福珠宝(01929.HK) 宣布，为支持集团的业务转型与可持续发展，董事局成员兼执行董事郑炳熙4月1日起将卸任首席财务官职务，改为负责集团资本管理、投资者关系及公司秘书事务。而叶家盈将接任为集团首席财务官，将致力于推动集团在财务管理、长期增长和转型策略，包括财务规划与分析、财务报告、财务营运管理、风险管理及法律事务等方面的进展。
周大福表示，未来将致力于执行优质发展的五大策略方针，审慎投放资源以应对这个迅速演变的全球商业环境并保持在业界领先地位，新任命旨在确保集团能够有效应对未来挑战、抓住新兴机遇并加强其转型计划。
叶家盈过去担任过星巴克中国的首席财务官，领导财务团队支持可持续的业务增长、提升资本回报，同时确保财务纪律，此前亦曾在百事可乐亚太区和星巴克亚太区担任高级领导职位，负责主导进入新市场以及拓展多个国际市场的工作。
