　　瑞昌国际控股（01334）发布公告，集团预计截至2024年12月31日止年度（本年度）取得纯利不低于人民币1030万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得纯利约人民币5520万元，相当于纯利减少约81.3%。

　　公告称，本年度纯利预计减少乃主要由于（i）主要因考虑到下游市场需求减少及石油炼制及石油化工行业资本投资放缓，相关客户暂时延缓若干重大销售订单，导致集团产品销售下跌，从而使得集团本年度的总收益及毛利减少；（ii）市场竞争加剧令致毛利率下降；及（iii）销售及行政开支增加。
