　　盛源控股（00851）早盘上涨10%，现报0.22港元，成交额109.48万港元。

　　3月11日，盛源控股发布公告，预期本集团将于2024财年取得净溢利不少于2800万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度取得净亏损约2780万港元。公告称，净溢利增加主要由于成功执行本公司日期为2023年11月11日的持续关连交易公告所披露的财务顾问服务协议及托管服务总协议以及于2024年订立投资顾问协议，推动收入大幅增长；两者均对本集团的收入增长及整体财务表现作出重大贡献。
