　　王朝酒业（00828）发布公告，与截至2023年12月31日止年度的经审核的归属于公司所有者的综合溢利约2130万港元相比，集团预期2024年年度的综合溢利取得约50%至60%增长。

　　该预期净盈利上升主要归因于：年内经营溢利增长受益于销售收入及毛利的适度增加，以及集团产品和消费场景的持续创新；和若干前任董事放弃薪酬所产生约1220万港元的其他收益。
