智通财经APP讯，鸿福堂(01446)发布公告，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024年财政年度)本公司拥有人应占亏损将减少至约1400万港元，较截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023年财政年度)本公司拥有人应占亏损3460万港元缩窄约60%。
于2024年财政年度，受香港居民北上消费及出国旅游的趋势持续影响，加上消费者对香港经济复苏步伐的信心减弱，以及港元汇价偏强导致游客消费更为审慎，香港零售市场特别是餐饮业的经营环境仍充满挑战。本集团的收益减少约7.7%至6.207亿港元。尽管如此，本集团通过改进生产流程、优化销售组合及调整经营和成本架构，毛利率得到提升，同时有效控制经营开支。因此，本公司拥有人应占亏损较2023年财政年度显著缩减。
值得注意的是，预收款项(指预付券及积分的销售，其收益将于日后顾客换领货品时确认)已由2023年12月31日的1.49亿港元增加9.1%至2024年12月31日的1.626亿港元。
尽管本集团于2024年财政年度的经营环境面临极大挑战，惟本集团的财务状况依然稳健。
