雅生活服务预计2024年亏损32亿元至35亿元
3月17日，雅生活服务（03319）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日止年度的未经审计股东应占亏损将在32亿元至35亿元之间。
相比之下，截至2023年12月31日止年度的经审计股东应占净利润为4.6亿元，预计亏损大幅增加的原因主要包括对重要客户的信用情况进行评估后，对关联方及与房地产相关的第三方的应收款项计提减值拨备约39亿元至40亿元。此外，公司还计划根据减值测试结果，对存在减值迹象的资产计提约2亿元至3亿元的减值拨备。
公告中提到，公司重视现金流，主动调整业务结构，淘汰部分利润率较高但回款不佳的项目。由于房地产市场持续低迷，外延增值服务的收入和利润显著下降，对公司的整体利润造成了影响。股东和潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时需保持审慎态度。公司将在2025年3月发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩公告。
