本集团实现扭亏为盈，由上年度亏损约2000万港元转为本年度取得除税后净利润约120万港元。这一令人鼓舞的成果主要归因于本集团本年度的预期信用损失模式项下的贸易应收款项及合同资产减值亏损大幅减少，因为本年度国内房地产市场呈现稳定迹象，且本集团已在预期信用损失模式项下确立足够水平的减值拨备，以应对与往年中国物业市场低迷所带来的信用风险;毛利及其他收入增加;持续推行成本控制措施，使销售及行政费用减少;及平均银行借款减少使融资成本减少。
