智通财经APP获悉，洛阳钼业(03993)早盘涨近7%，截至发稿，涨5.57%，报6.63港元，成交额3.83亿港元。
消息面上，刚果（金）有关部门在2025年2月24日宣布，决定暂停钴出口四个月，以应对全球钴市场供应过剩的局面。截至3月13日，钴价已达26.1万元/吨，较2月24日涨幅达64.15%。中国钴平均价格自2025年2月24日起明显上涨。
民生证券指出，由于前期钴价处于下行通道，产业内没有意愿保留太多库存，测算国内钴原料库存预计仅3个月左右，钴原料供应紧张局势难阻。该行指出，短期来看，公司有一定的钴在途库存，根据钴现价测算，在途库存对应净利润增幅约为8.7亿元；中长期来看，刚果（金）作为全球最大的钴生产国，有强烈意愿做多钴价，禁止出口只是权宜之计，后续配额制或为更加合理的政策，而配额制下钴价中枢或将获得中枢性抬升。
