智通财经APP讯，中信建投证券(06066)公布，公司将于2025 年 3 月 25 日至 2025 年 3 月 26 日发行2025 年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第一期)。本期债券分为两个品种。其中品种一发行金额为不超过 40 亿元(含 40 亿元);品种二发行金额为不超过 40 亿元(含 40 亿元);本期债券品种一、品种二总计发行金额不超过 40 亿元(含 40 亿元)。本期债券面值为 100 元，按面值平价发行。
本期债券的募集资金将用于偿还到期/回售公司债券本金。
