智通财经APP讯，西王置业(02088)发布公告，集团预期2024财年将取得除税前综合亏损净额约人民币4400万元至5000万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度的除税前综合亏损净额约为人民币1.521亿元。
综合亏损净额预计减少，乃主要归因于在2023财年就清河项目(为位于山东省邹平市的住宅房地产开发项目，“清河项目”)的商誉及撇销预付款项确认的减值亏损减少约人民币1.504亿元，而于2024财年就美郡项目第三期(亦为位于山东省邹平市的住宅房地产开发项目，“美郡项目第三期”)的商誉确认减值亏损约人民币4150万元。
倘不计及上文所述2023财年就清河项目的商誉及撇销预付款项以及2024财年就美郡项目第三期的商誉确认的减值亏损，集团于2024财年的估计除税前综合亏损净额约为人民币250万元至850万元，较2023财年的除税前综合亏损净额约人民币170万元增加约46.6%至398.5%。
