智通财经APP讯，福田实业(00420)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度末期业绩，营业额44.27亿港元，同比减少0.31%;股东应占溢利1426.2万港元，同比减少71.98%;每股基本盈利1.2港仙;拟派发末期股息每股1.16港仙及特别股息每股4.34港仙。
公告称，于回顾年内，集团营业额与去年同期相比下跌0.3%，基本持平，而总销售成本较去年同期大幅下降2.2亿港元，跌幅约5%。尽管整体营业额持平，但在销售成本有效压下，令毛利大幅上涨了2.1亿港元及毛利率上涨4.7个百分点。
