智通财经APP讯，海螺水泥(600585.SH)发布2024年度报告，公司2024年度营业收入910.3亿元，同比下降35.51%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润76.96亿元，同比下降26.19%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益后的净利润73.65亿元，同比下降26.06%；基本每股收益1.46元/股。拟每股派发现金红利0.71元人民币（含税）。
报告期内，本集团积极推进项目建设发展，持续做强做优水泥主业，国内国外双向发力，上下游产业链融合发展。水泥主业方面，国内八菱海螺迁建项目、蒙城海螺投产运营，非洲、南美海外办事处相继设立，乌兹别克斯坦安集延海螺投产运营，柬埔寨金边海螺建设加快推进并于2025年2月建成投运，海外托管项目顺利推进；产业链发展方面，相继投产了六个骨料项目，并通过新建等方式新增了十五个商品混凝土项目。报告期内，本集团增加熟料产能230万吨（海外），通过迁建等方式新增水泥产能800万吨，新增骨料产能1,450万吨、商品混凝土产能1,210万立方米、光储发电装机容量103兆瓦。截至报告期末，本集团拥有熟料产能2.74亿吨，水泥产能4.03亿吨，骨料产能1.63亿吨，在运行商品混凝土产能5,190万立方米，在运行光储发电装机容量645兆瓦。
