智通财经APP讯，维港环保科技(01845)发布公告，与截至2023年12月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占利润人民币180万元相比，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将会取得公司拥有人应占亏损大约人民币4700万元至人民币4900万元之间。彼等预期亏损主要由于(其中包括)2024年度：1)根据独立第三方评估师的评估结果，对青川无氧裂解项目、淄博废纸渣项目共计提减值大约人民币2700万元至人民币2900万元。为集中本集团资源发展资源再生利用等项目，同时出于对该两个项目的商业前景的顾虑，经集团管理层慎重考虑后决定，该两个项目均于2025年一季度与对应的合作方签署合作解除协议，独立第三方评估师亦根据项目的最新情况及集团管理层拟定的后续处置计划进行了项目估值。因此，2024年度的集团财务报表对该两个项目计提减值;及2)对集团应收账款及合同资产计提减值损失大约人民币700万元至人民币900万元之间。
