智通财经APP讯，瀛海集团(08668)发布公告，集团预期2024年财政年度取得的公司拥有人应占亏损将较截至2023年12月31日止年度大幅增加。预期公司拥有人应占集团于2024年财政年度的亏损将不超过约1100万港元，而公司拥有人应占集团于2023年财政年度的亏损则约为250万港元。
董事会认为集团于2024年财政年度的预期亏损大幅增加主要由于行政开支增加，而行政开支增加主要由于薪资开支增加;投资物业公平值减少;及根据预期信贷亏损模式确认的减值亏损(净额)。
