智通财经APP讯，中渝置地(01224)截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，收入5.08亿港元，同比增长7.5%;净亏损6.18亿港元，同比收窄68.1%;每股基本亏损15.92港仙。
期内总收入较去年增加，主要是由于财务投资分部贡献增加所致。本年度亏损大幅减少主要是由于截至2024年12月31日集团位于英国的投资物业进行重估时产生公平值收益约3.088亿港元所致，相比去年则录得公平值亏损20亿港元，而部分收益则被集团合资企业投资因物业销售收入减少及其物业组合的减值亏损引致贡献减少所抵销。
