智通财经APP讯，伟俊集团控股(01013)发布公告，由于本公司与天健国际会计师事务所有限公司(天健国际)未能就截至2025年3月31日止年度(2025财政年度)的审计费用达成共识，故天健国际已辞任本公司核数师，自2025年3月26日起生效。
董事会根据审核委员会的建议，决议在天健国际辞任后，委任长青为本公司的新核数师以填补临时空缺(建议委任新核数师)。建议委任新核数师须待相关决议案在本公司根据本公司公司细则召开的股东特别大会(股东特别大会)上通过，方可作实。倘经股东于股东特别大会上批准，长青将担任核数师职务，任期直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
