智通财经APP讯，金阳新能源(01121)发布公告，集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度的销售金额为约人民币2.54亿元，较2023年同期销售金额约人民币2.95亿元下跌约 14%。另外，预期集团于报告期间的毛利率将自2023年同期的约15%下跌至约13%。
关于集团鞋类原设备制造商(OEM)业务，尽管面对美国宏观经济(如国内通胀及消费者需求疲弱)及宏观关税政策影响，在集团销售团队的努力下，本报告期间的销售额与2023年同期相比仅略有下降。为应对美国关税政策对OEM业务销售的影响，经过几个月的准备，集团预计下个月与印尼工厂开始合作。
于报告期间集团战略倾斜光伏产品业务，及成功研发出背接触电池专用银铜浆技术。该技术在保持导电性能不变的前提下，较市场上隧道氧化物钝化接触(TOPCon)电池减少20%以上的银浆用量，有效降低太阳能电池生产成本。此技术结合集团全球独家专利混合钝化背接触(HBC)太阳能电池技术，因大幅减少银浆消耗，实现了比现有TOPCon电池更高效率更低成本的叠代技术。集团现已展开HBC专利技术授权及开拓银铜浆的销售，旨在构建高毛利、轻资产的新商业模式，将为光伏产品业务未来销售发展提供强劲动力。
