路透北京3月24日 - 葡萄牙外交部长兰热尔（Paulo Rangel）和中国外交部长王毅将于周二在北京举行会谈。这将是葡萄牙政府高级官员五年多来首次访华。
美国是葡萄牙除欧盟以外的主要出口市场，同时葡萄牙也是西欧唯一仍与中国政府签约"一带一路"倡议的国家。
中国外交部发言人毛宁表示，这将是中葡外长级战略对话首次以面对面方式举行，中方愿推动中葡、中欧关系健康稳定发展。
去年，葡萄牙在欧盟对中国制造电动汽车征收关税的投票中投了弃权票，并对中国在该行业的投资表示欢迎。
全球最大的电动汽车电池制造商之一--中创新航上个月表示，将投资20亿欧元（21.7亿美元）在葡萄牙建厂，预计 2028 年投产。
陪同兰热尔出访的投资促进机构AICEP总裁Ricardo Arroja说，周二会晤将凸显葡萄牙作为中国在全球投资中的可靠合作伙伴地位。
据AICEP称，截至去年年底，中国对葡萄牙的外商直接投资(FDI)累计超过120亿欧元，成为该国第四大FDI来源国。(完)
