智通财经APP讯，联洋智能控股(01561)发布公告，于2025年3月27日(交易时段后)，公司与买方Timenew Limited订立买卖协议，据此，公司有条件同意出售，而买方有条件同意购买销售股份，相当于目标公司公司附属Pan Asia Data (BVI) Inc.的全部已发行股本，代价为1港元。
公告称，预期出售事项可降低集团的资本负债比率。出售事项将加强集团的财务状况及改善现金流。董事会相信，透过出售事项，公司将可更有效地分配其资源。
