　　新奥能源（02688）复牌高开逾16%，截至发稿，股价上涨5.13%，现报62.50港元，成交额6.69亿港元。

　　新奥能源公布，获控股股东新奥股份通过协议安排方式提出私有化，作价为每股新奥能源股份，可获得2.9427股新奥股份H股及现金代价24.5港元，注销代价较新奥能源最后交易日在香港联交所收市价每股59.45港元溢价约34.57%。倘若私有化计划生效，所有计划股份均将被注销，新奥能源将于紧随计划生效后申请撤销于香港联交所的上市地位。
