中银香港(02388.HK) 公布截至去年12月底止全年业绩，纯利382.33亿元，按年升16.8%；每股盈利3.6162元。派发末期息每股1.419元，连同中期股息，全年每股股息1.989元，按年增长19%。派息比率为55%，提升1个百分点，并拟自2025年起按季度宣派股息。
年内，净利息收入523.34亿元，按年升2.5%，净息差跌至1.46%，去年同期为1.53%。若计入外汇掉期合约的资金收入或成本，调整后净息差为1.64%，按年升1个基点。另外，净服务费及佣金收入为98.93亿元，按年上升7.9%。
该行去年贷款及其他账项减值准备净拨备为49.45亿元，按年减少23%。第一阶段减值准备为净拨备12.62亿元，按年增加12.09亿元，主要是2023年基数较低，而年内因应宏观前景转变而更新预期信用损失模型参数，以及贷款组合变化及客户内部评级下降令拨备增加。
