3月28日,周黑鸭(01458)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的业绩公告,整体表现显示出一定的下滑趋势。该公司收益为24.51亿元,同比下降10.7%,主要受到经济环境影响,导致有效需求不足,消费不振,销售量下降。此外,公司在调整门店策略的过程中,合理关闭了部分低效门店,亦产生了一定的销售损失。
在财务回顾方面,毛利为13.92亿元,同比下降3.2%。虽然毛利有所下降,但由于总成本的降幅高于收益的降幅,毛利率反而上升至56.8%。销售成本降至10.59亿元,下降幅度为18.9%,主要因产品销量下降及原材料价格回落所致。除税前溢利为1.49亿元,同比减少30.4%,净利润为9820万元,同比下降15.0%。管理层表示,未来将聚焦核心业务与创新领域,优化门店结构,提高单店盈利能力,以应对市场变化。
从业务分部来看,自营门店的收益占比有所提升,达到56.7%,而特许经营的收益占比则下降至25.0%。整体零售门店总数减少至3,031间,其中自营门店为1,591间,特许经营门店为1,440间。公司将继续强化产品质量与服务,提升消费者体验,以适应日益变化的市场需求。
