金吾财讯 | 联合能源集团(00467)公告，2024年，公司拥有人本年应占溢利为15.58亿元（港币，下同），去年同期为亏损17.07亿元，同比扭亏为盈，每股基本盈利6.04仙。董事建议派发末期股息每股普通股5仙。报告期净利润增加的主要由于去年油气资产减值约41.85亿元(税后)及勘探干井核销总额约2.01亿元(税后)，较本年油气资产减值约1.66亿元(税后)及勘探干井核销总额约3.06亿元(税后)，于本报告期大幅减少。期内，营业额为175.23亿元，同比增长28.93%。营业额上升是主要由于受报告期内贸易业务增加所致。期内，毛利为33.02亿元，同比减少25.63%。毛利率为18.8%，去年同期为32.7%，毛利减少主要是由于平均净实现价格(在扣除政府矿区的使用费、暴利征费及政府计提后)比去年同期较低以及折旧及摊销增加所致。报告期间，本集团之平均权益日产量约108,079桶油当量（巴基斯坦资产–每日36,627桶油当量加上中东及北非资产–每日71,452桶油当量），与去年平均权益日产量约100,407桶油当量（巴基斯坦资产–每日43,017桶油当量加上中东及北非资产–每日57,390桶油当量）增长7.6%。本集团积极管理成熟油田的递减率，与此同时，新的勘探成功也贡献了部分产量。油及气平均实现价格（在扣除政府矿区使用费、暴利征费及政府计提前，按照权益产量计算）约每桶油当量62.58美元，与去年约每桶油当量61.31美元相比略上升2.1%。
