智通财经APP获悉，维升药业-B(02561)早盘涨近5%，截至发稿，涨4.47%，报57.2港元，成交额80.47万港元。
公开资料显示，维升药业的核心产品隆培促生长素形成“首款且唯一”的竞争壁垒。据招股书显示，隆培促生长素是第一款获得FDA及EMA批准用于治疗儿童生长激素缺乏症(PGHD)的每周一次的长效生长激素(LAGH)。并且，经已完成的中国3期关键性试验所验证，预计将于2025年内获批。隆培促生长素是首款且唯一一款经临床试验证实优效于生长激素日制剂的长效生长激素。
除隆培促生长素之外，其他两个管线产品那韦培肽、帕罗培特立帕肽，分别用于治疗软骨发育不全、甲状旁腺功能减退症。根据2023年9月国家卫生健康委员会发布的第二批《罕见病目录》，软骨发育不全和遗传性甲状旁腺功能减退症(GHP,甲状旁腺功能减退症的亚型)均纳入其中。这也就意味着，两款药物从临床研发、获批上市，到医保和医院准入等多方面都可能享受到利好政策。
近年维升药业稳步推进三款药物的商业化进程，核心产品隆培促生长素有望于2025年获批，上市申请已于2024年3月获中国药监局受理。其他两个优质管线产品那韦培肽和帕罗培特立帕肽在国内开展的临床试验也都达到了主要临床终点。
