在纳斯达克上市的量子之歌集团(QSG)于周一(3月24日)宣布与深圳熠起文化有限公司(以下简称“Letsvan”)达成并购投资合作。

此次并购交易完成后，Letsvan将正式成为量子之歌的控股子公司，其财务数据将纳入量子之歌集团合并报表范围。

Letsvan，作为一家专门从事知识产权孵化、版权商业化以及流行玩具推广和销售的中国公司，已建立强大的IP矩阵，其中包括Wakuku、Ziyuli等热门角色以及其他在收藏品市场受到关注的独特IP。Letsvan通过与大型零售连锁店、电子商务平台和专业玩具店合作，实现了快速的渠道扩张，增强了线上和线下的分销能力。目前，Letsvan正在进行国际扩张，包括建立东南亚业务。
