智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，3月25日，老铺黄金(06181)股东将股票由中信建投(国际)证券转入香港上海汇丰银行，转仓市值15.09亿港元，占比2.29%。
老铺黄金拟于3月31日举行董事会会议批准年度业绩。公司此前发盈喜，预计2024年全年净利润约为14亿元至15亿元，同比增长约236%至260%，主要归因于去年同店销售额稳健增长、新开七间门店及四家现有精品店的升级翻新的带动。此外，老铺黄金海外首店已完成选址在装修中，首店位于新加坡滨海湾金沙购物中心。
