恒大汽车(00708)涨幅持续收窄，此前一度飙升逾230%。截至发稿，涨95.8%，报0.233港元，成交额1.33亿港元。

消息面上，据财联社报道，记者以投资者身份就“广汽集团华望（GH）项目将收购恒大汽车南沙工厂”向广汽集团董秘办进行求证，对方回应称，广汽GH项目是一家轻资产运营公司，将会优先利用埃安、传祺品牌产能。“不要轻信任何传言，以公司公告为准。”据悉，3月18日，由广汽集团投资设立的新公司华望汽车在南沙正式成立。

此前3月20日晚间，恒大汽车公告，延迟刊发2024年度业绩，将向港交所申请4月1日起停牌。值得注意的是，此前恒大汽车曾在2月3日公告称，公司迄今未能成功找到能够帮助缓解集团流动资金问题并推进集团适当重组的战略投资者或买家。公司还表示，鉴于资金水平较低且不足，集团无法确保若干服务的进行，包括但不限于其审计师和其他相关专业顾问就截至2024年12月31日止年度开展现场审计工作。
