智通财经APP讯，中国华君(00377)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，总收益11.55亿元，同比减少59.4%;股东应占亏损12.63亿元，同比收窄52.85%;每股亏损20.53元。
据悉，收益的整体减少归因于物业开发及投资分部所得收益减少。于上年度，保华上海为担保贷款而抵押的一个项目已被强制进行司法拍卖，全部项目以代价约21.7亿元出售并导致上年度确认一次性收益12.99亿元且本年度并无确认有关收益。集团于本年度并无投资或收购新物业项目且集团的重中之重为出售物业资产以偿还债务。
同时，贸易及物流分部以及印刷分部持续贡献集团的大部分收益约7.66亿元及约319.6百万元。贸易及物流分部收益有所减少，乃由于产品结构重组，以在营运资金资源紧张的情况下将资源集中在利润率较高的石化产品贸易上。印刷业务收益有所减少，乃由于充满挑战的商业环境及竞争状况以及若干主要客户实施了严格的存货管控，该等客户延迟向我们下达印刷产品订单。
