消息面上，中国中铁发布2024年度业绩，收入合计11603.11亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少8.2%；股东应占溢利278.87亿元，同比减少16.7%；每股基本盈利1.085元；拟派发末期股息每股0.178元。其中Q4 单季度实现营收3389.6亿元，同比减少10.3%，归母净利润73.2 亿元，同比减少22.7%，2024年，集团实现新签合同额27151.8亿元，同比下降12.4%。
国盛证券指出，公司全年业绩符合预期，增长承压主要因传统基建项目资金落地不及预期，订单转化进程放缓，叠加毛利率有所下行。分季度看，Q4业绩降幅有所扩大，主要受单季费率提升、投资净损失及公允价值损失扩大影响。
