胡桃资本(00905)发布公告，于2025年3月31日，本公司与Waterdrip Investment Limited(Waterdrip)订立合作协议(合作协议)。根据合作协议，Waterdrip及本公司将合作并联合投资于将被识别为与本集团业务契合一致的项目，包括但不限于上游/下游企业、同业及技术持有者。Waterdrip将向本公司提供服务，包括但不限于与项目对手沟通、磋商及建立合作关系;参与项目开发，例如透过项目评估、尽职调查及合约草拟;以及参与项目推行，例如解决问题、统筹及实现项目投资目标。

Waterdrip拥有web3.0及区块链领域的丰富经验，并致力透过资本影响力推动区块链技术的发展。水滴的集团投资多个区块链项目，涵盖公链建设、比特币生态系统、DeFi、DePIN及RWA等领域。
