智通财经APP讯，保利物业(06049)公布2024年业绩，收入约163.42亿元，同比增长8.5%。毛利约29.84亿元，同比增长1.1%。公司拥有人应占年内溢利约14.74亿元，同比增长6.8%。每股基本盈利2.683元，拟派年度股息每股1.332元。
公告称，收入增长主要是由于集团管理规模的持续扩大带来物业管理服务收入提升。
2024年，该集团市场拓展“三个深耕”策略进阶，通过构建规模 - 效益 - 现金流的动态平衡机制，实现了拓展规模与质量的同步改善。在规模上，集团新拓展第三方项目单年合同金额约30.05亿元，再创新高并实现稳健增长。在质量上，市场拓展结构取得多维度改善：一是核心50城的新拓展第三方项目单年合同额占比达到约79.5%，其中北京、广州、上海、成都、长沙、天津六个城市的新拓展第三方项目单年合同金额均突破亿元;二是非居业态结构优化，商业写字楼、城镇景区、高校及教研物业、轨道及交通物业、医院物业五大核心业态的新拓展单年合同金额占比达到约75.9%，同比提升约10.3个百分点;三是大项目数量增加，单年合同金额超千万元的新拓展第三方项目达90个，在新拓展单年合同额中占比约65.0%。得益于拓展端科学的项目筛选，集团有力保障了企业经营现金流，年内公服与商办业态综合回款率分别同比提升1.4与0.2个百分点，实现了有现金流保障的高质量拓展。
