据《彭博通讯社》引述交易文件指出，空中客车以每股3.59元的价格，出售于中航科工(02357.HK) 的约3.12亿股持股，相当于其已发行股本约5%，价值达到逾11.2亿元，作价较中航科工昨日收市价3.97元折让9.6%，预料完成交易后空中客车将不再持有中航科工股份。花旗担任是次交易独家簿记行。
